I started “The Womanist Scholar” channel and website back in 2014. They were both places where I could post content for my students, especially lecture videos and syllabi. Over the years, the Womanist Scholar YouTube channel has become a place for me to share my experiences in higher education and help others reach their academic and career goals.

Now, as I’ve retired from full-time work in higher education, I have more time to dedicate to one-on-one work with my colleagues and doctoral students. My goal is to help scholars achieve their academic and career objectives. Beginning January 1, 2026, I’ll be shifting from “The Womanist Scholar” to “Harutex Advisors, LLC.”
